Home Care with Creative Services is tailored to fit our client's needs, to assist them in remaining independent, in the comfort of their homes. We offer the following non-skilled services:

Daily Living Activity:

Assistance with medication reminders, exercise, light housekeeping, companionship, running errands, meal preparation and caregiver respite care.

Personal Care:

Assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulation, transferring, and positioning.

Personal Grooming:

Assistance with hair care, oral care, nail care, skin care, and shaving.

Transportation:

Round trip or one-way rides to and/or from the doctor's office, beauty/barber shop, community center, church, restaurants, etc.

Creative Services Home Care Agency accepts: Private Pay and Long-Term Care Insurance Plans.

Creative Services Home Care Agency is Contracted with: Illinois Department of Human Services/Division of Rehabilitation, Illinois Department on Aging and Veteran Affairs.

We service the many Illinois Counties: Cook, DuPage, Will, Champaign, and many more.
